"I am an agent for another company and I called his office for help with one of his clients and after 3 weeks of no answer/reply, Gary called me back and was extremely rude to me. He called me a liar and said we haven’t been calling him for weeks. He then told me he would not speak to me regarding the client (even though I never even told him who the client was or what it was regarding) and then hung up on me. His client has called me for weeks with needing help for her claim but because his office never answers the phone, she’s been unable to get the help she needs. This agent needs to have his ego checked and do what’s best for the client. Go elsewhere for insurance because this is by far the worst ‘customer service’ I’ve experienced in the insurance industry."

"I have been with Gary's Office since he opened over 5 years ago. I normally don't write reviews but I don't want people misled by the outrageous fake reviews I see here. I've never received better service from an Office. They're attentive and if they don't answer the phone i always get a call back right away. I have two autos and a homeowners policy with them and I don't plan on leaving."
